Baby Kicks & Excel Counting Tracker
Having a baby is one of the most wonderful things that can happen to anyone, it is the beginning of a new chapter in your life and the period when a little human being is inside you can be so heartwarming and tear gutting. Little moments throughout the whole pregnancy are remembered always, moments such as when your baby started to kick are absolutely wonderful. Normally a baby’s movements are felt by the mommy at 13 weeks into a pregnancy, but if it is the first pregnancy then it is perfectly normal to not feel any movements until 25 weeks.
To make sure that you are on the right track and your baby is healthy, it is advised to keep a baby kick count tracker which would ensure that your baby is healthy and is at the right pace. As mentioned above, it is best to see if it’s the first pregnancy or not to maintain and start your baby kick count tracker.
The baby kick count tracker should mention the pregnancy week along with when was the first time you felt your baby kicking. It is not necessary that an exact time is mentioned, but mentioning the date is necessary. Then mention what you felt at the time the baby kicked, did you feel any pain or not and etc. mentioning a number of kicks is also necessary. Please note that this is not a onetime thing and every time your baby kicks, you need to count and note down the kicks so that it can help further on in your pregnancy.
